I focus on cloud engineering with AWS and Azure, DevOps and automation. I am an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and an IHK-qualified IT Specialist in Application Development. I build on my enterprise IT background through personal AWS projects, a completed Azure SQL migration and ongoing AWS & DevOps training at Clarusway.

- Analysed and resolved Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and mobile-device incidents on-site and remotely in a regulated banking environment.
- Supported the endpoint lifecycle: registration, provisioning, rollout, replacement, returns and secure device sanitisation, including Intune/MDM-related processes.
